Moonstruck

i don't know what it's like to be you, when i'm toddling along cracked cement that is on the side of this busy boulevard
where your so called safe. while walking in your shoes known to be two of a kind especially on this summer Saturday afternoon.
as the sun starts to set just as the roller coaster adventure begins in five, four, three, two, one, don't forget to buckle up.
blast off, in the pair of shoes that i possess shuffling in between two horizontal rows of chairs with a midnight black heavy duty tarp covering both of them half way. leading me behind two rows of tour buses, security guards are everywhere while i'm a ninja once i stepped foot in the parking lot of this arena called The Forum full of creative musicians some being intense breath takers.
i quickly make a sharp left turn into the middle of the tour buses walking with confidence, knowing which creative music artist that will take my breath away with it being intense I stop and question is that Pete? Pete Wentz from Wilmette, Illinois. i close my deep ocean blue sea green eyes lids covered with black and tickle me pink eyeliner, opens them both. walks forward and with in a flash one of my beautiful dreams turned into reality. looking into Pete Wentz's honey brown eyes that shine like gold both shaped as diamonds , so engaging revealing that he inspired me to write poems. were both looking into each others eyes, speechless, smiling, and communicating. making it the best night of my life, moonstruck by the end of the night. being at the right place and right time for the first time living eighteen years of life.
